Hunting - White-tailed Deer Hunts

Northwest Montana offers the opportunity to harvest a Boone and Crockett trophy White-tailed deer.  From our property, you have access to thousands of acres of U. S. Forest Service and private timber company lands, home to an abundant number of whitetails.

All hunts are self-guided.  Cecil’s expert advice based on thirty three years of outfitting experience, and a lifetime of Montana hunting, is available to hunters, as well as maps and assistance in planning your white-tailed deer hunt.  You can hunt on foot, or bring or rent a four-wheeler.

We’ll start your day with a ranch-style breakfast and send you off with a sack lunch.  Dinner will be awaiting you at the end of your hunting day, as well as a cozy fire and a warm, comfortable bed and hot shower in the lodge.

This is an ideal hunt for those of us who are no longer up to the rigors of packing into the wilderness on horseback, but still want to get out and enjoy hunting in Montana at their own pace.  Last year our hunters each saw an average of twenty-five deer each day. The cost for one week (six nights) is $1,200 per person, and includes lodging, meals, and hunting privileges.  It does not include your license.

“Hunting widows” are welcome to accommodate their husbands to the ranch, and spend their time reading, relaxing, and just “getting away from it all” in a calm, peaceful environment.  Depending on weather, Glacier National Park may still be open, or the ski resorts may be operating. There is a lot to see and do in Kalispell and the nearby towns of Bigfork and Whitefish, even in the off-season. $600 additional for lodging and meals.
